3. When will I receive my order?
Skate Hub strives to ship all orders as soon as possible. Depending on your location, packages may arrive within 1-7 business days after order is placed. A shipping estimate is available during checkout before your order is completed.
4. How do I change an order I placed?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. We can attempt to cancel the order and place a new one, but Skate Hub strives to ship orders fast so cancellations may not always be possible.

7. Will you ship internationally?
At this time, Skate Hub does not ship internationally. Please find the nearest freight forwarder located in the United States and we will be happy to ship there. Skate Hub is constantly reviewing shipping options and hopes to ship internationally in the near future.
8. My tracking number hasn't shown movement, what should I do?
Tracking numbers are generated when the shipping label is created and before the shipper picks up. Please allow 1-3 business days for movement.
9. Tracking shows my order has been delivered, but I don't see my package.
Packages can be scanned as delivered earlier than intended by the shipper. Please allow 24-48 hours after the shown delivery time before reporting the package as lost. If your package is still not found after this time period, please contact us for assistance.
